Craig Whitley, CHT, has been involved in the personal growth and development field since 1988. He majored in Business Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduating with honor in 1982, Craig spent many years in sales and business management. He became interested in Neuro-Linguistics and Hypnosis as a means of both personal and professional development, and in 1991 he became a Certified Practitioner of NLP. In 1994 his desire to further his skills, and offer the highest quality service to his clients led him to achieve the level of Master Practitioner of NLP, and he was also trained in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy by the Southern Institute of NLP. He has been trained in Clinical Hypnosis and Rapid Trauma Resolution by the American Institute for Rapid Trauma Resolution, and is a founding member of that institute. He is also a founding member of the International Academy for Advanced Clinical Hypnosis. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Craig is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the largest hypnotherapy organization in the world.

Craig currently provides Hypnotherapy, Personal Coaching, and Laughter Yoga services. He is sometimes referred to as “Coach Craig” because he is very directive and motivational in his approach. He is committed to continual personal growth, and is an avid student of Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Light and Sound therapy, EFT, Quantum Physics, Spirituality, and more. He is a gifted, dynamic, speaker, healer and trainer with a sharp sense of humor and wit. Helen Whitley, LCSW, has been in the mental health field since 1989. She has been in private practice in the Atlanta area since 1994, providing counseling and psychotherapy to adult individuals and couples.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mental Health and Human Services from Georgia State University in 1986. In 1989, she earned the Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia, in Athens, Georgia. In 1994 she was awarded the highest level of advanced clinical licensure attainable for a MSW graduate. Helen is also certified as a hypnotherapist specializing in Rapid Trauma Resolution.

Helen is known for her warm, engaging style. She and her clients work in partnership to resolve their issues as deeply and quickly as possible. Helen is experienced in working with clients to reduce and eliminate depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and self-defeating behaviors such as overeating and codependency. She also has a great deal of experience helping people overcome traumatic experiences such as rape and abuse. Couples find her to be fair and balanced in her approach to relationship issues. They appreciate her directive, yet warm, friendly manner. Couples are given tools they can use immediately to improve their relationship. Helen teaches communication skills in session and provides valuable feedback. Helen also provides relationship assessment, using the PREPARE inventories, which have been taken by well over a million couples across the country since 1980. She particularly enjoys working with pre-marital couples to discover the strength and growth areas in their relationship.
